Do you have Store Hours?

Lady Mae’s Boutique has a storefront located at 104 E Madison Street in Kirklin with weekend hours - Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 12pm to 4pm – check our Facebook page for updates and changes to these hours.  We also schedule shopping and pickup appointments – just phone us at 765-479-4215 or send us a DM.

Is everything on your website also located in store?

So that we may offer the widest variety of styles and frequency of new arrivals, Lady Mae’s Boutique utilizes more than (1) shipping location. Styles that are stored at our offsite warehouse are called "Website Exclusive Styles" as they are available online ONLY and NOT available for in person shopping, pickup or at events. These items may ship separate from other item(s) in your order depending on their location.

Do you offer local pickup?

We do offer local pickup for items located in our storefront.

How do I know if an item is available for local pickup?

Some of the items on our website are not available for local pickup – they are “Website Exclusive Styles”.

For in store and local pickup up items you will see – LADYMAESBOUTIQUE listed above the title and Pickup available at Lady Mae's Boutique above the description of the item. 

What is your Shipping Policy?

All items ship via USPS to United States residences only. All orders are mailed via USPS Priority shipping. Please allow up to (3-4) business days for order processing.  Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.  You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use USPS Tracking and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.

What if my item gets lost in the mail?

Once an item leaves our shop, or warehouse Lady Mae’s Boutique is no longer responsible for the package. Any lost or stolen packages must be filed with USPS by the receiver of the package.
